Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Deal Management
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, with a focus on high-value enterprise opportunities (ACV $100K – $200k +).
- Manage RFPs and close multi-million-dollar, multi-year contracts in a highly technical environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver long-lasting relationships and revenue – from initial meetings via Proof of Concepts (POCs) and achieve stickiness post-Year 1 expansion.
Market Expertise & Research
- Conduct in-depth industry analysis to craft tailored business cases, proposals, and world-class RFP responses.
- Contribute to white papers and high-quality thought leadership content for sales enablement in partnership with marketing teams to support strategic growth.
Sales Enablement & Process Improvement
- Help to refine and execute a winning sales playbook for the DC industry, ensuring scalability and efficiency as FSW scales.
- Educate and consult with clients on market trends and product offerings, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Customer-Centric Focus
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, overcoming resistance to change with thoughtful and persuasive communication.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite executives within mid-cap data centre organisations.
Performance-Driven Culture
- Embrace a high-performance mindset with discipline, accountability, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Achieve an agreed quota within 12 months while contributing to a culture of excellence and growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, ideally, with knowledge of the data centre industry or relatable experience.
- Proven success managing enterprise-grade, complex deals with long, technical sales cycles (6–18 months).
- Experience selling software, construction solutions, or consulting services.
Skillset
- Strong research, writing, and public speaking abilities to craft impactful sales narratives.
- Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach with a focus on understanding and addressing client pain points.
- Technical acumen with the ability to educate and inspire stakeholders.
