Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Account Executive EMEA Central to join their team in Cologne, Germany.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 650 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, they’re seeking an Account Executive EMEA Central to support their growing global team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, EMEA Central, the Account Executive EMEA Central will play a key role in hunting, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync.

As an Account Executive EMEA Central at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Hunting for new business targets, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync
  • Ability to self generate pipeline through a combination of outreach, networking, research and other methods within the region
  • Work closely with our Account Management team to drive cross-sells and expansion of ARR for any assigned accounts
  • Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring the company’s and individual quota goals are all achieved
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing meaningful relationships with budget holders, decision-makers and influencers at various levels
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Coordinating and consulting with internal partners to deliver the right approach to solve specific customer problems and achieve customer business objectives
  • Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs
  • Maintain a highly accurate forecast of pipeline and opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in solutions-based sales experience
  • 1+ year of experience with a major market-driven SaaS company or an emerging business that has experienced rapid growth
  • Fluent German and English language skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Track record of high achievement in progressive strategic sales and business development
  • Proven experience meeting and/or exceeding assigned quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous successful hands-on product and software solutions sales experience
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • A naturally curious and passionate personality
  • A self-driven sense of motivation
  • The ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Excellent business process design and analytical skills

Additional Details:

  • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in Germany 
  • This position requires up to 50% travel
